START is the annual
showcase for moving image work by film-makers and artists
of South West England and Kernow
START festival exhibits a weird and wonderful selection
from around the region. Cinema and gallery programmes
feature Super 8, animation, experimental film, short drama,
documentaries, media installation, and video art.
START is run by Plymouth film-makers Kayla Parker and
Stuart Moore.
