The team had an all-day production planning session on 12 October. We reviewed the filming of the kitchen drama rehearsal and then filmed the scene again with the actors who are playing the parts. We also ran through and filmed Rachel pushing the buggy along pavements and through the subway near school.
The team also took reference photos and selected three of the Street Rat logo designs from our first pre-production session: one logo is for the title sequence, one for a cuddly toy and one for a birthday badge.
Amy had written the lyrics for the Street Rat song to be played by buskers in the film.
At the after-school production planning meeting we agreed to change Daniel's name to Danny, and added an extra scene at the beginning of the film in which Rachel walks home from school.
On Friday 14 October it was agreed by the school that the Street Rat cast and crew do not need to wear school uniform on the filming days.
