START the Millennium Tour An eye-catching and thought-provoking programme of new short film and video from the South West, selected from the START Moving Image Festival. After its launch at Plymouth Arts Centre, the START Tour was screened at a variety of cinemas and venues in the region The film programme lasts approximately 60 minutes. |
